Busy time for Charity Club
Charity Club have been very busy lately getting ready for the Reindeer Run, helping to decorate the Christmas tree and wrapping all the presents for the More radio appeal
We started 2 weeks ago by unwrapping nearly 600 pairs of antlers and flashing noses in preparation for our annual reindeer run in aid of Chestnut Tree House. This is a charity that we support every year and hope to raise several thousand pounds – the support from our parents, family and friends is always staggering. Then a couple of children were asked to help the school Christmas tree which is standing proudly in the school hall.
Last week at club, we wrapped in excess of 80 gifts that were very generously donated by our parents to the More radio appeal.
Charity Club would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported our charity work this year and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
