Reindeer Run for Chestnut Tree House
On Friday 10th December we will be holding our annual Reindeer Run to raise funds for our local children’s hospice – Chestnut Tree House.
This will take place during the school day; every child will be given a free pair of antlers and a red nose to wear (and keep) while we complete laps of the playground. Your child will be bringing home a sponsorship envelope this week so please try to raise as much money as possible for this very deserving charity. Any donation, large or small, will be gratefully received.
The children can bring their sponsor money in any time from the 10th and we would really like all money in by 17th December so we can give it to Chestnut Tree House before Christmas.
Your generosity over the years that we have been supporting Chestnut Tree House is astounding; we had an assembly last Friday with Caroline (from CTH) who revealed that our school has raised over £30,000 to date. We are very proud of this incredible achievement.
