On Thursday 10th December we will be holding our annual Reindeer Run in aid of The Chestnut Tree House – our local children’s hospice. This has always proved to be one of our biggest fundraisers, over the years we have raised over £23,000 which is an incredible amount. This year they need our generosity more than ever, with charity shops closed for most of the year and fundraising events cancelled, their income has been greatly reduced.
The children will be bringing home sponsor forms/envelops this week, please could these be returned with any money raised by Monday 14th so we can give the money to Chestnut Tree House before Christmas.
Every child will be given a pair of antlers and a red nose for the run. It is also Christmas jumper day so they are allowed to wear home clothes with a Christmas theme.
We are all looking forward to a fun day and thank you for your on-going support.

On Friday 13th November we held a non-uniform day and penguin bar sale to raise money for Children in Need. The children had a great day and it was lovely to be able to hold our first fundraiser of the year. A sense of normality in these strange times.

On Friday 13th November we will be holding a MUFTI day to raise funds for Children In Need. The children can come to school in their own clothes in return for donating £1.
We will also be selling Penguin chocolate bars for 50p at break time to raise extra funds.
This year is a particularly special appeal as we are planning to use some of the money raised to buy Christmas presents for one of last year’s year 6 pupils who has sadly lost both of her parents.
Many thanks for your on-going support of our Charity Club
