Lesson 2
This would be a practical session that carries on from the tasting they did last week. Based upon the vegetables they liked from last week they will need to do some research to find a salad recipe that uses some of these items. If possible, they can try and make this salad following step-by-step instructions. If this isn’t possible the children can look at the recipe they have found and think about the changes that they would make so it suited them. They may want to find a number of recipes and combine some of the ideas.
