School Day

The compulsory school day runs from 8.45am to 2:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Start of the day: 

Gates open at 8:30am for all pupils to make their own way through the playground to class. Gates close at 8:45am. Any pupils arriving after this time will have to go through the Front office, children will be marked as late from 8:50am. 

 Break Times:

Year 3 & 4: 10:10am - 10:30am 

Year 5: 10:50am - 11:10am

Year 6: 11:10am - 11:30am

 Lunch:

Year 3 & 4: 12:30 - 1:05pm 

Year 5 & 6: 1:10- 1:45pm 

All children eat in our school hall, if your child has hot school meals these will need to be ordered through FEED before 8:30am. Alternatively, you can provide a packed lunch from home. 

No Fizzy drinks or cans allowed. We also are a nut free school due to increasing number of children with nut allergies. 

 End of the day:

The school day ends at 2:45pm when children will be lined up on the playground. Parents will be able to come on to the playground to collect their children, please see the map below. 

If your child walks home or you meet them in an arrange place please give consent on Arbor for them to leave the school building alone. 

If  you need to make any changes to your collection arrangements, please contact the school office with plenty of notice, and before 2pm at the latest.
